Thomas has 10 years of experience in agile product leadership within B2B and B2C.
With a decade of experience in agile product leadership, Thomas has spearheaded the inception, market launch, and continual evolution of four innovative products. He has also strategically guided four mature products to new levels of market success and customer satisfaction. His portfolio boasts a diverse range of initiatives, including three consumer-facing (B2C) and five business-oriented (B2B) products, each reflecting his commitment to excellence, adaptability, and visionary leadership in the competitive tech industry.
Agile Coach
Thomas is an experienced agile coach and works with smaller and larger organizations.
With a decade of experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Thomas has helped a number of organizations to higher levels of performance and agility. Some of the organizations have been small, while others have had thousands of employees. Some large scale transformations include teaching and coaching many teams and leaders in global organizations. Several large scale transformations have had between 10 and 25 teams working in the same large scale product. In other cases the coaching has revolved around one or two teams over an extended period of time.
His approach is deeply collaborative, focusing on coaching and teaching teams and leaders to adopt and sustain agile methodologies. Whether introducing agility to a new team or scaling it across a global organization, Thomas tailors his strategies to meet the unique cultural and structural needs of each entity for lasting, impactful change.
